[CoB] Odai Mouth Stronghold

Odai Mouth Stronghold is located just south of Hla Oad, down along the Odai from Rethan Manor. It controls the traffic from Seyda Neen to Hla Oad and rest of the Bitter Coast. It is also the strategic base for aquatic warfare. An imperial taskforce of stealthy aquatic argonian soldiers, called the "Tanza-Kur" is stationed there to train and support the Great Hlaalu Guard.
Furthermore it has a food merchant with a decent stock. Mathi Agea and Fort Muckmoth can be seen from its highest tower.
