[CoB] Gamuaran - Imperial Bandit Cave

Bandits on the Caldera road found there way into Gamuaran Cave just recently. Their carpenter is still building a platform to reach the remnants of a Daedric ruin that sunk into earth swallowed by the hot underearth lava.

Today I show you the completely out of Hlaalu exterior parts makeshifted Young Mages Gathering HQ, its location is pretty well hidden in Balmora.

[CoB] Player House and Player Manor

I have decided to make two ownable houses in Balmora, the first and small one is the player house, located next to the Balmora Temple, and can be obtained early in the game from the Young Mages Guild (YMG).
All containers in the house have a max weight limit of 999.999 units.

The huge manor, Hlaalo Manor is still very WiP, but I have added some screens from that as well to have an impression. It will be costly and obtained after a long and difficult questline of the Great Glaalu Guard (GHG).
