City of Balmora: Hlaalu Expansion, and I work for two other province mods called;
Province: Cyrodiil and
Skyrim Home of the Nords.
In the past I have worked for Tamriel Rebuilt.

Balmora fortress is the largest defensive structure in Hlaalu Territory. It is located atop of the mountains between Balmora and Bitter Coast, and reachable via stairs and a gatehouse off the Manor District.
