I have my own mod:
City of Balmora: Hlaalu Expansion, and I work for two other province mods called;
Province: Cyrodiil and
Skyrim Home of the Nords.
In the past I have worked for Tamriel Rebuilt.

Balmora Market is a gathering of many market stands on the large open square at the old South exit, bordering Merchant District. Several other small stalls are found throughout the city.
